Operational Management Improvements
Barebones In-Store Order Managment
- Simple to get up and running
- Guides the users through exactly what to perform in what situation
- Keep the flow as simple as possible
Order Processing:
- Clear workflow for order status updates (e.g., received, in-progress, baking, ready for pickup/delivery, completed).
- Assign orders to specific staff members (bakers, delivery drivers).
- Integration with kitchen display system (KDS) for streamlined order fulfillment.
Controlling Item Availability
We are adding the ability to simply mark an item as "unavailable" in the new staff system. This will prevent that item from being able to be processed onto orders.
